Contribute as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results.Manage demands versus priorities, also understand the impacts on service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement. Lead the elevation to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs.Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.The essential requirements of the job include:degree in Engineering or similar, Experience >3 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry.Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely, Skill with processes and KPIs, lead execution of action plans for deviationsIntermediate in English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Available for travelling >40% of worktime, be on site with customers.Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordBeckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
