Técnico
Experiência sólida no varejo alimentar, preferencialmente na categoria de bebidas.
Vivência comprovada em interlocução com grandes players do mercado, como Coca-Cola, Heineken, Ambev, Grand Cru, entre outras indústrias varejistas.
Senioridade comercial elevada, com capacidade de conduzir negociações complexas em alto nível.
Background consistente, que assegure a geração de confiança e a construção de relações estratégicas com stakeholders chave.
Histórico comprovado de entregas consistentes, com resultados sustentáveis em experiências profissionais anteriores.
Principais Atribuições
Gestão e acompanhamento dos indicadores comerciais da categoria sob responsabilidade, incluindo margem, DOI, DOH, Fill Rate, sell out e % de investimento da indústria.
Negociação de contratos estratégicos de parceria, assegurando competitividade e sustentabilidade da categoriA: Prazo de pagamento, pedido mínimo, back margin, custo logístico, %b de crescimento.
Gerenciamento do mix de produtos de sua carteira
Condução de negociações de ações comerciais para acelerar o giro de SKUs, alinhadas à estratégia de crescimento da área.
Análise de indicadores e construção de propostas de valor consistentes junto aos parceiros.
Interlocução diária com áreas-chave e stakeholders: parceiros estratégicos, time de Ads e time Turbo.
Análise de dashboards, com foco em insights para decisões comerciais.
Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em modelo híbrido, com presença no escritório 3x por semana (terça, quarta e quinta).

Turbo Category Manager | Rappi

Na Rappi, estamos acelerando o crescimento do Turbo, nosso modelo de quick commerce. Buscamos um(a) Turbo Category Manager com forte visão estratégica, senioridade comercial e mentalidade orientada a resultados para liderar categorias-chave e desenvolver parcerias estratégicas de alto impacto.

O que você vai fazer

  • Gerir e acompanhar os principais indicadores comerciais da categoria (margem, DOI, DOH, Fill Rate, sell out e % de investimento da indústria).

  • Negociar contratos estratégicos com parceiros, garantindo competitividade e sustentabilidade da categoria (prazos de pagamento, pedido mínimo, back margin, custos logísticos e metas de crescimento).

  • Gerenciar estrategicamente o mix de produtos da carteira, equilibrando giro, margem e competitividade.

  • Conduzir negociações e ações comerciais para aceleração de giro de SKUs, alinhadas à estratégia de crescimento do Turbo.

  • Analisar dashboards e indicadores, transformando dados em insights para tomadas de decisão comerciais e estratégicas.

  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com áreas-chave como parceiros estratégicos, time de Ads e time Turbo.

  • Experiência sólida no varejo alimentar, preferencialmente na categoria de bebidas.

  • Vivência comprovada em negociações com grandes players da indústria, como Nestlé, General Mills, Mondelez, PepsiCo, entre outros.

  • Senioridade comercial para conduzir negociações complexas e estratégicas em alto nível.

  • Perfil analítico, orientado a dados, com forte capacidade de negociação e construção de relacionamentos.

  • Espírito empreendedor, alto senso de ownership, resiliência e orientação a resultados.

  • Histórico consistente de entregas e resultados sustentáveis.
