Sobre a área: A área de Business Management de Produtos é responsável por gerenciar, monitorar e estruturar as mesas de Produtos de Investimento do BTG Pactual. Essas mesas atendem aos segmentos de clientes Private e Varejo, e contemplam produtos e serviços como Renda Fixa, Renda Variável, Fundos, Previdência, Câmbio, entre outros.

Dia a dia:

  • Acompanhar diariamente os principais KPIs daárea para monitoramento de resultados;
  • Construir, automatizar e manter dashboards, rotinas, bases de dados e listas de sharepoint para acompanhamento dos indicadores daárea (KPIs, Receita, Custo, Volume de Vendas, etc);
  • Ser referência no entendimento do business e no acompanhamento dos principais indicadores da área;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de Data Analytics para otimização de base de dados complexas e geração de insights para o business;
  • Preparar apresentações e relatórios diários para o management do banco.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Cursando graduação em Administração, Economia, Finanças, Engenharia ouáreas correlatas com formação até 2027;
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar no modelo 100% presencial na Faria Lima;
  • Perfilorganizado, comunicativo e proativo;
  • Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel;
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado;
  • Conhecimento em Python ou outras linguagens de programação e experiências prévias serão um diferencial.
