Company Introduction
We are an international cryptocurrency exchange offering diversified services including spot trading, leveraged contracts, wealth management, lending, and cloud mining. We support trading in various digital assets and our own token, DFT, for trading fee discounts and rewards.
We offer trading in a variety of financial assets, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, commodities, and forex, and support features such as CopyTrader copy trading, demo accounts, and asset-based interest generation.
We plan to establish a branch office in Los Angeles in March 2026. Currently in the pre-construction phase, we are actively recruiting top talent to prepare for the company's official launch in the US market.

Job Summary
The Vice President of Project Management (VP) is responsible for the overall leadership of the company's project management system, including its development, optimization, and execution. This role will coordinate the planning, resource allocation, schedule control, and risk management of major cross-departmental projects to ensure on-time, high-quality, and budgetary delivery. The TA is required to drive Project Portfolio Management from a strategic perspective, enhancing organizational execution capabilities and accelerating business growth and operational efficiency.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Project System Development
Develop and promote the company's overall project management strategy, methodology, and standard processes (PMO system).
Build and continuously optimize the project governance framework, including project evaluation, initiation, resource allocation, and prioritization mechanisms.
Promote the effective application of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies at the company level.
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Manage the project portfolio of all core projects within the company, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Regularly evaluate project performance, costs, and benefits, and drive optimal resource allocation.
Lead high-risk, high-complexity strategic projects. 3. Project Execution and Delivery Management
Establish cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms to ensure projects progress smoothly according to milestones.
Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and risks, and develop contingency plans.
Supervise the execution quality of the project management team and provide guidance.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving
Establish a systematic mechanism for project risk identification, assessment, and early warning.
Handle unforeseen issues in major projects and coordinate senior management resources to drive solutions.
Continuously improve project success rates through a debriefing mechanism.
- Team Management and Talent Development
Manage and develop the project management team, including project managers, project supervisors, and PMO members.
Develop team training plans to enhance the organization's overall project management capabilities.
Establish an efficient, transparent, and accountable project communication culture.
- Senior Management Collaboration and Communication
Report regularly to the CEO, COO, or Board of Directors on project progress, risks, and ROI.
Work closely with senior executives from multiple departments, including product, technology, operations, sales, and finance.
Participate in major company business decisions and planning.

III. Qualifications
- Education
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates in project management, engineering management, business administration, computer science, information technology, or related fields.
Preference will be given to candidates with international project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2.
- Work Experience
Over 20 years of project management experience, including over 5 years of experience managing a PMO or large project management team.
Successful delivery of cross-departmental, large-scale, and complex projects.
Experience in technology, internet, finance, manufacturing, or multi-project companies is preferred.
