Team Overview:

You will lead the CX Data & Insights team supporting the mobility business, being able to interact with stakeholders from all over the world and generate directly business impact.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading a data science team to impact the business.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders from different regions of the world.
  • Leading the CX design & research team to take leverage of qualitative data and perceptions.
  • Supporting the development of new business lines with data.
  • Developing and reviewing SQL codes, R and/or Python.

Role Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Technical skills such as SQL, Python or R.
  • Data visualization knowledge.
  • Storytelling knowledge.
  • Statistical knowledge.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to embrace change in a fast paced environment.
  • Clear communication and the ability to explain data insights to non-data stakeholders.
