Cargo is Rappi's B2B logistics as a service (LaaS) solution. Today, Cargo serves retailers, e-commerce platforms, and restaurants, and our goal is to become the leading last-mile-as-a-service provider in Latin America.
We are looking for a Head of Sales for Brazil, with a strong commercial track record, deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build high-performing sales teams. The main objective of this role is to accelerate client acquisition, scale revenues, and position Cargo as the partner of choice for enterprises and mid-market customers in Brazil.
Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for Cargo in Brazil, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals.
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across retail, pharma, supermarkets, restaurants, and e-commerce.
- Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including segmentation, value proposition, and pricing.
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and delivery of sales targets.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to align customer needs with Cargo's evolving solutions.
- Monitor competitive landscape, identify risks, and implement strategies to differentiate Cargo in the market.
- Report directly to the Cargo Global General Manager, providing insights, performance updates, and growth recommendations.
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- 8+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles, ideally in logistics, tech, or marketplace environments.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
- Experience leading and scaling sales teams, including enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a strong plus).
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a hands-on approach.
