O que você vai fazer

Como Analista Administrativo de Projetos Pleno, você será responsável por garantir o suporte administrativo completo aos projetos, atuando de forma autônoma e integrada com diversas áreas da empresa. Suas principais atividades incluem:

• Gestão de demandas administrativas: abertura de requisições de serviços (TI, Facilities), controle de férias e absenteísmos, organização de documentos no SharePoint.
• Suporte à equipe de projetos: organização de viagens nacionais e internacionais, logística de transporte, reembolsos e prestação de contas em moeda estrangeira.
• Comunicação e eventos: organização de reuniões internas e externas (workshops, HIRA, team buildings), controle de atas, cartas e relatórios.
• Relacionamento com clientes e colaboradores: suporte administrativo durante visitas aos escritórios ou sites, garantindo infraestrutura adequada.
• Interface com RH: apoio em processos de entrada de expatriados no Brasil.
• Gestão de compras: criação de PRs e POs via SAP.
• Controle de horas: envio de lembretes e apoio no preenchimento de timesheets.
• Atualizações administrativas: Travel Register, organogramas de projeto.
• Desenvolvimento de equipe: supervisão e treinamento de aprendizes, estagiários e auxiliares.
• Outras atividades administrativas conforme demanda dos Gerentes e Diretores de Projetos.

A experiência que você precisa

Formação acadêmica:

• Ensino superior completo em Administração, Secretariado Executivo ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos obrigatórios:

• Pacote Office
• SharePoint e Microsoft Teams
• Inglês avançado ou fluente
• Boa comunicação oral e escrita

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

• Power BI
• SAP

Experiência profissional:

• Mínimo de 3 anos na área administrativa de projetos
• Desejável vivência em projetos na indústria de Óleo e Gás

Treinamentos obrigatórios (conforme matriz vigente):

• Indução Subsea 7 e Recursos Humanos
• Aspectos e Impactos Ambientais
• PGR e PCMSO
• Uso e conservação de EPIs
• Proteções auditiva, respiratória e das mãos
• Gestão de resíduos
