Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for high-performance, scalable applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development of core services, APIs, and integrations that support critical functionality, including trading platforms and blockchain solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable backend systems. Your expertise will directly influence the performance, security, and scalability of services accessed by a global user base.

• Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain backend components using and related technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize microservices architectures to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and integrate APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and backend services.
• Ensure high-security standards are implemented across all backend systems.
• Participate in the development of new features and products, applying agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth platform operations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with strong and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with microservices architecture and complex platform development.
• Strong database knowledge, including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
• Familiarity with blockchain integration and high-availability systems is a plus.
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Ruby, Rust, or C++ is desirable.
• Knowledge of supporting technologies such as message queues (Redis), caches, and job queues.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical landscapes.
