Perfil da Vaga/Responsabilidades :O Especialista em Soluções de TI será responsável por apoiar todos os aspectos do nosso sistema de Gestão de Capital Humano (HCM). O candidato ideal terá experiência com o Workday HCM e possuirá habilidades analíticas fortes, além de excelente capacidade de comunicação. O candidato deve ser fluente em português e inglês.

Principais Responsabilidades :Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para reunir requisitos de negócios e traduzi-los em especificações técnicas para novos ou existentes recursos do Workday. Realizar testes e garantir a qualidade para garantir que as novas funcionalidades atendam às necessidades de negócios e não interrompam os processos existentes. Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards para fornecer insights sobre métricas chave relacionadas aos processos do Workday.

Resolver problemas e fornecer suporte para os usuários finais conforme necessário.
