Workday HCM System Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM system configuration specialist to join our IT department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Core HR Lead Product Owner and implementing sustainable and innovative solutions within the Workday HCM HR analytics and security.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in primary area supported, such as Workday HCM HR analytics and security, fluency in English, and strong organizational skills including creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation. Additionally, they will have ability and initiative to engage with different levels of stakeholders across teams, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and experience working with business stakeholders to refine and document requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Workday Release Manager coordinating with HR DTS and business stakeholders ensuring smooth deployment of system updates to align releases with business objectives through bi-annual releases and hotfixes.
  • Recommend and develop solutions driving solutions from recommendations design configuration and unit testing to measuring success and ongoing maintenance includes large-scale strategic projects enhancements and ensuring operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in primary area supported such as Workday HCM HR analytics and security.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability and initiative to engage with different levels of stakeholders across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills including creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues often requiring innovative solutions.
