Team Overview

We are looking for someone passionate on develop his or her professional career on the RCCD Team. As RCCD intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop soft and hard competencies, improve your knowledge on the risk and control function by supporting the creation and improvement in new processes, risk mapping and mitigation risks processes and also improving the risk environment of the company.



Role Responsibilities

  • Review internal processes, ensuring that the internal policies are being correctly followed;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, working with several departments.
  • Be part of the internal audit tests and procedures, testing several supporting documents, as invoices, contracts, systemic information and others, related to several departments, identifying gaps and attention points to be mitigated;
  • Create and follow up mitigation action plans for the risks identified during our processes review, working with the business in order to create a better risk and controls environment.
  • Be part of discussions regarding processes, policies and procedures to be implemented or improved, contributing with the company's new internal processes to be applied, mitigating risks and improving our internal processes;


Role Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in internal controls / internal audit and a willingness to learn.
  • Advanced English.
