Job Overview:

We are searching for Sales Administration Manager responsible for Monitoring and provide TIM trend report per divisions, set up the price process, review/set up sales processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Review each sales process including contract incentive, spot incentives, invoice, inventory, and other sales tasks and provide guidance to relevant sales team to make them comply with these processes.
  • Analyze weekly/monthly sales incentive investment between Plan vs. actual and monitoring investment trend and point out the gap.
  • Aggregate monthly performances of each year and month and analyze the gap between the actual and the target to share the results with the sales team and set their new targets.

  • Check the validity of the marketing budget and adjust the budget expenditure of each sales departments.

  • Background & Experience

  • Bachelor´s degree Accounting, Engineer, Business Administration or Economics

  • Typically requires at least 10 years of related experiences
  • Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
  • Requires the experience with ERP system and MS office skill advanced level
  • English level fluent is mandatory.
