We are looking for a
Brand Marketing Associate
to support our marketing and branding initiatives in [Brazil/Mexico/Colombia]. This is a hands-on role where you will learn, execute, and contribute to activities that strengthen our market presence.

Location
: This role is based out of
São Paulo, Brazil
, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week).

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and execute local in-person events
  • Support webinars (logistics, promotion, and speaker assistance)
  • Prepare agency briefs and follow up on creative deliverables
  • Review sales pipeline performance and coordinate with the sales team
  • Learn and support CRM management (lead registration, tracking, segmentation)
  • Build and send email marketing campaigns
  • Supervise local paid media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Provide general support to the regional marketing team

What You'll Bring:

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, events, or digital marketing
  • Bilingual: Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must. Bonus points if you know Spanish
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
