Sua missão será:
Conduzir a estratégia de marketing da Nortrez de forma integrada com as áreas comerciais e de produto, impulsionando a geração de oportunidades e o fortalecimento da nossa marca no ecossistema SaaS. Você será responsável por posicionar a Nortrez como uma referência no setor, promovendo campanhas criativas, ações com parceiros e uma comunicação que reflete quem somos: humanos, ousados e comprometidos com resultados sustentáveis.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Liderar o planejamento de marketing alinhado ao plano de negócios.
- Gerenciar campanhas de geração de demanda (orgânica, paga, eventos).
- Construir e acompanhar KPIs de marketing (ROI, leads, posicionamento).
- Conduzir o time de marketing com clareza, segurança e empatia.
- Estabelecer relacionamento estratégico com vendors e parceiros SaaS.
- Representar a Nortrez em eventos e fóruns do setor.
- Atualizar continuamente canais digitais e garantir consistência da marca.
O que esperamos de você:
- Forte bagagem em marketing B2B, com foco em SaaS ou tecnologia.
- Capacidade de unir visão estratégica com execução prática.
- Experiência em liderança de equipes multidisciplinares.
- Fluência em métricas, dados e ferramentas digital.
- Habilidade de comunicação clara, empática e influente.
- Alinhamento com os valores Nortrez: inovação, colaboração, autonomia e protagonismo.
Requisitos:
- Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas.
- Pós-graduação em Growth, Branding ou Gestão de Negócios (diferencial).
- Fluência em Inglês.- +7 anos de experiência em marketing, sendo ao menos 3 em liderança.
