Como
Project Manager Sênior
, você atuará de forma estratégica no Centro de Serviços Compartilhados (CSC), liderando projetos corporativos que impulsionam a transformação, a eficiência e a inovação nos processos internos.

Essa posição é essencial para garantir a entrega de resultados com qualidade e alinhamento aos objetivos do Grupo Moas, promovendo a integração entre equipes, a gestão eficaz de prazos e recursos, e a consolidação de uma cultura orientada à melhoria contínua e à excelência operacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
Governança de projetos e portfólio: garantir que os projetos estejam alinhados à estratégia da empresa;

Definição e padronização de metodologias
(PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.)
;

Monitoramento de indicadores de desempenho
(KPIs, SLA, ROI de projetos)
;

Gestão de riscos e compliance em projetos corporativos;

Suporte estratégico aos gerentes de projeto e áreas de negócio;

Elaboração de relatórios executivos para diretoria e stakeholders;

Gestão de recursos e capacidade (alocação, priorização, orçamento);

Implantação de ferramentas de gestão
(MS Project, Jira, Clarity, etc.)
.

Análise de indicadores e relatórios gerenciais;
