1. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Oversee and manage all aspects of our brand's social media platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Social Media Advertisement

• Develop, manage, and optimise social media ad campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
• Analyse ad performance data and implement improvements to meet marketing goals.

Event Planning & Management

• Plan and manage simple brand events and promotions.
• Coordinate resources and track the success of marketing initiatives.

SEO Optimisation

• Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility.
• Monitor and analyse website performance to enhance rankings.

Content Creation & Strategy (Preferred)

• Propose and create compelling content aligned with our brand's voice, with a focus on incorporating Korean cultural elements when relevant.
• Collaborate on ideas to attract and engage our audience.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools) is a plus for designing marketing materials.

• What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Experience in running and optimising social media advertising campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO practices and tools.
