Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven
Senior
Principal Technical Product Manager
to lead the
feasibility, design, and end-to-end delivery
of new AI models within the
AI Acceleration regional
program and
Engagement.AI Global program
for Latam. This role will be pivotal in accelerating the deployment of high-impact AI capabilities over the next 3 months, in close partnership with
regional and global business stakeholders, Technology Services
and
external vendors
.

The ideal candidate will possess

MLOps frameworks
, and the ability to orchestrate
global synergies
across technical and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Drive the AI Acceleration program by shaping and delivering new models aligned with business priorities and global scalability goals .
  • Lead cross-functional teams through Blueprint, Build, and Scale phases, ensuring rapid deployment and measurable impact .
  • Oversee AI models development, including factories for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, MVPs) leading teams/squads.

Technical Product Ownership

  • Define and evolve the MLOps framework in Latam, ensuring consistency in tools, workflows, and infrastructure.
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Argo Workflows, Kedro) with automated deployment and feedback loops.
  • Champion feature engineering innovation, including GenAI-enabled feature catalogs and adaptive processing based on trigger events.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of AI solutions.
  • Evaluate and optimize vendor management strategies to enhance cost efficiency and operational performance.

Governance & Operational Synergies

  • Establish and maintain a global-regional operating model, balancing shared infrastructure with local flexibility .
  • Lead efforts to standardize deployment processes, benchmark performance, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

Learning & Change Enablement

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback, enabling rapid iteration and adoption of AI capabilities .
  • Support developer experience through streamlined collaboration tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Docker, JupyterHub) and automated testing frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in AI/ML, DevOps or data platforms.
  • Proven track record in MLOps, CI/CD, and AI model lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in global organizations with cross-regional delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including vendor coordination and internal alignment.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, GenAI, and modular architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Experience with software development and testing methodologies (SDLC), Agile project management, JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools such as Kedro, Argo Workflows, Bitbucket, Docker, and JupyterHub.
  • Understanding of FinOps, data quality management, and cost monitoring frameworks.
  • Exposure to Life Sciences, Commercial Analytics, or Medical Affairs domains is a plus.
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, security, and data privacy standard methodologies in the pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience creating and managing product documentation, backlogs, roadmaps, and metrics dashboards.
