Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gestionar las actividades de los equipos de Technical Sales y Project Design Engineering en LATAM, estableciendo prioridades según los objetivos de negocio de Vertiv.
- Trabajar junto con los equipos de Offering y Latam Strategic Accounts desarrollar estrategias ganadoras para proyectos de ventas para clientes regional de Colocation/Hyperscale.
- Construir y mantener una relación con diseñadores, clientes y socios de toma de decisiones.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado y de tecnología para desarrollar los equipos de ventas, soluciones regionales/estrategia de productos.
- Promover la formación de un equipo colaborativo regional basado en la especialización en tecnologías y la experiencia de cada uno de los miembros del equipo en los diferentes países de Latam.
- Revisar y consolidar los casos de negocio generados por la zona, especialmente aquellos que implican altos volúmenes de ventas.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Sólida experiencia en Ventas, Marketing o ingeniería de aplicaciones.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Excelente comunicación/ Habilidades sociales
