We are proudly recognized as one of the premier companies of its kind in the region. As we continue our ambition to grow we are currently seeking to fill in the position of Recruiting Specialist.
What you can expect The selected candidate is will essencially focus on the Recruiting Process and filling open job positions within multiple departments or within the defined area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of national and international professionals and managers for defined business areas
- Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss existing and upcoming needs in close cooperation with the Regional HR Manager/Business Partner.
- Close communication with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the job requirements and expectations are clear and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Provide information about the current status of all recruiting projects to the Regional HR manager and Hiring Manager.
- Provide recruiting advice (channel selection, interview- and selection process) to the Regional HR manager.
- Draft, align and post job adds on various channels.
- Sources and engages with candidates through internal postings, employee referrals, websites, social media, cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, and other alternative recruiting methods.
- Screens resumes and create a long-list to discuss with Hiring Manager.
- Manage quality and effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System (+Success Factors)
- Facilitation of background check process.
- Supporting and designing the onboarding process for new employees
- Being the focal point for all candidate questions and ensure all pre-boarding requirements are communicated to selected candidates and compliance requirements are met before their first day.
- Support the implementation and further development of the recruiting and employer branding strategy
- Proactive identification and direct approach of talents as well as development of networks via social media platforms and online portals
- Writing job advertisements in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- Designing, planning and participating in trade fairs and events to attract talent
What you will bring To become part of the ROSEN SA Region, you need empathy, proactive thinking and excellent planning & organizing skills. It is also expected that you have:
- Successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR or correlated area
- Demonstrate relevant professional experience in the recruiting field and recruiting tools in an international context
- Independent working style, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Innovative spirit to break new ground and develop individual solutions
- Confident written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish and English skills (Advanced, C1 level minimum)
