What you'll do

As a Sr. Partner Operations Analyst on the Partner Ecosystem Operations team, you will play a key role in improving the quality, consistency, and integrity of partner data. You will define and implement data management guidelines, lead data cleanup efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert for partner-related processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally to support the scalability and effectiveness of our partner ecosystem.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Operations.

Responsibility

  • Own and drive partner data hygiene efforts, including regular audits, cleanup activities, and data integrity checks

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to support visibility into partner program performance and key metrics

  • Support the ongoing development and operationalization of the Partner Program by providing data insights and process improvements

  • Define and document standards for partner data management and ensure alignment across teams

  • Create, run, and maintain reports to support key initiatives, identifying trends and resolving data quality issues

  • Collaborate with Partner Managers, Sales, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives

  • Use process mapping and data analysis to assess process effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Measure and track the impact of operational enhancements on KPIs, delivering insights that inform decision-making

  • Independently identify analytics needs, gather requirements, and deliver actionable solutions with minimal oversight

  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, including partner data guidelines and support resources

  • Prepare clear and concise deliverables that synthesize complex findings into insights for stakeholders

  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and evolving business priorities as needed

  • Partner effectively across time zones and regions, fostering global alignment and communication



Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, customer support, or a related operational function

  • Experience with Salesforce and particularly with navigating and managing CRM data

  • Experience with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)

  • Experience with SQL with the ability to write queries to extract and manipulate data

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics projects, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and delivering actionable insights

  • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., AskGPT, Gemini) for research, analytics, and documentation support

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience with contract management processes and compliance considerations

Preferred

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations or partner management within the technology industry

  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools to support program operations and reporting

  • Experience delivering internal training sessions or external-facing presentations

  • Familiarity with global partner ecosystems and cross-cultural business practices

  • Advanced skills in CRM and partner portal platforms

  • Strong background in data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting

  • Understanding of modern digital marketing tools and partner enablement strategies

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective business relationships

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of identifying and resolving operational gaps

  • Willingness and flexibility to work across time zones

  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives



Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
