THE JOB

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, products, and services, while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Conduct supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and price negotiations;
  • Issue and manage purchase orders through the ERP system;
  • Analyze internal requisitions and technical specifications to ensure accurate procurement;
  • Track delivery timelines, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues;
  • Manage vendors contracts and qualification processes
  • Develop reports and monitor department KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Support supplier onboarding and compliance processes;
  • Collaborate on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing (for mid-level);
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.);
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Intermediate English (for supplier communication)

  • Result Focus and Initiative: Focused on achieving the end goal but also takes initiative to solve problems.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate awareness of the team's workload and challenges and can offer support when needed.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Able to work across multiple time zones in a global team environment and commit to occasional travel.
