You support our team as

Logistics Assistant
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Support communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Prepare and review logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms, etc.).
  • Assist in problem-solving regarding delays, shortages, or other logistics-related issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or logistics systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
