Logistics Assistant
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
 - Maintain accurate records of transportation, storage, and distribution activities.
 - Support communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
 - Prepare and review logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms, etc.).
 - Assist in problem-solving regarding delays, shortages, or other logistics-related issues.
 
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus).
 - Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support.
 - Basic knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and documentation.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or logistics systems.
 - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
