Buscamos um(a) Technical Project Manager (TPM) para atuar na área de Martech, liderando o desenvolvimento e a evolução de produtos digitais voltados a campanhas de marketing. Essa pessoa será responsável por conectar times de negócios, tecnologia e dados, garantindo que os produtos gerem impacto mensurável em performance e engajamento.

O que esperamos de ti:

  • Planejar e coordenar projetos técnicos de grande escala dentro da área de Martech;
  • Garantir integração entre múltiplos sistemas e stakeholders (engenharia, produto, marketing, dados);
  • Monitorar cronogramas, riscos e qualidade técnica das entregas;
  • Promover boas práticas de governança e execução técnica.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Experiência em gestão técnica de programas ou projetos de tecnologia;
  • Conhecimento em Martech, APIs, integrações e plataformas de dados;
  • Capacidade de comunicação e alinhamento com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio;
  • Forte organização e foco em resultados;
  • Inglês avançado para conversação (Obrigatório);
  • Ser Comprometido (a), proativo(a), organizado(a) e com espírito de equipe.

Modalidade de trabalho

  • Hibrido. Disponibilidade para presencial de 2 a 3 vezes por semana, em Campinas (SP).
