O que você irá fazer?

  • Assessorar uma carteira de clientes do segmento One (elegíveis pelos critérios de portabilidade de salário, crédito imobiliário ou investimentos) - para geração de negócios e novas prospecções;
  • Prestar atendimento aos clientes nos canais digitais para a consolidação do relacionamento com o cliente, fidelização e captação de recursos, visando o cumprimento das metas definidas pela Instituição;
  • Rotina relacional / comercial ativa, realizando atendimento 360º, incluindo assessoria de investimentos e apoio aos clientes na tomada de decisão acerca dos mais variados produtos disponíveis em nosso Super App Financeiro, minimizando churn e fortalecendo o Inter como a principal instituição financeira do cliente;
  • Acompanhar o mercado financeiro, transmitindo as tendências do cenário macroecônomico.
