About The Team

You'll be joining our JD Young Internship Pathway, designed to give early-career talent hands-on experience in Category Assistant, supporting the building and improvement of ourJob Families for Job ProfilesLogistics Operations Planning Team. We value curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment, helping you build real skills and make real impact from day one.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

• Daily Quotation Management (Internal Platform): Handle high-volume pricing entries, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Customized Pricing (WIMP): Configure and update client-specific pricing details, in alignment with commercial strategies.
• Product Onboarding: Assist in launching client's products on JD's platform, including data entry, categorization, and system validation.
• Price Benchmarking: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing for cross-border product categories, generating actionable insights for pricing optimization.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Liaise directly with teams based in China to coordinate product listings, resolve operational issues, and align strategic goals.

About You

We're looking for the brightest of minds to join our Operations Planning Team, here's who we're looking for:

• Must be currently enrolled in a Brazilian university and eligible to intern for at least 6 months.
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Excel or data management tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Interest in e-commerce, supply chain, and global trade is highly desirable.
