Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the logistics and customs clearance processes of platform products from China to Brazil, ensuring compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations.
2. Coordinate relationships with Brazilian customs, logistics providers, and government agencies to enhance clearance quality and efficiency.
3. Track changes in customs policies and regulations in the Brazilian market to ensure compliance and forward-thinking business operations.
4. Address issues in cross-border e-commerce clearance operations such as inspections, timeliness, customer complaints, and key processes.
5. Develop and execute strategies to optimize tariffs and logistics costs, improving AliExpress's competitiveness in the Brazilian market.
6. Provide training in cross-border customs matters to enhance the professional capabilities of team members.

Position Requirement

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, logistics management, e-commerce, or related fields.
2. Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce and customs management.
Experience operating e-commerce platforms in Brazil preferred.
3. Skills:
Familiar with and proficient in customs processes between Brazil and China, and platform operation standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of negotiating in various complex situations.
Strong analytical skills for problem location and project management; ability to proactively optimize and implement solutions.
Proficient in using relevant customs management software and e-commerce platform tools.
4. Language:
Fluent in Portuguese with excellent written and spoken capabilities.
Fluent in English; Mandarin skills preferred.
5. Other Requirements:
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to business details.
Adapt to rapidly changing international e-commerce environment and actively promote ongoing business development.
