Job Summary

We're seeking a senior, self-driven Data Engineer who can lead the design and implementation of clean room and identity graph solutions. This role requires someone comfortable meeting with senior leaders, articulating technical work clearly, estimating project scope, and owning complex data engineering initiatives end to end. You will operate across Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS/GCP environments to build scalable, efficient data systems powering consumer identity and analytics use cases.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines across Snowflake, AWS, and BigQuery to support enterprise-wide data integration.

  • Develop automated workflows for ingestion, transformation, and processing to ensure analytics-ready datasets.

  • Build and optimize consumer identity graphs and audience data structures, improving accuracy and usability of digital identity assets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize data pipeline performance, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Partner with product managers, data scientists, and external vendors to support clean room and identity solutions.

  • Produce clear, thorough documentation of data architectures, pipelines, workflows, and engineering standards.

  • Communicate progress, technical details, and project estimates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, building and maintaining data platforms and pipelines at scale.

  • Strong expertise with Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS/GCP-based data solutions.

  • Deep understanding of modern data engineering principles, distributed systems, and data integration patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with consumer data integration and identity graph concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and clearly articulate technical work.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
