EarthDaily Analytics Corp., a vertically-integrated data processing and analytics company, is launching a new constellation of earth observation satellites. The EarthDaily satellite constellation will significantly enhance geospatial analytics capabilities in agriculture, forestry, environment, financial services, and intelligence, among many other verticals.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Agriculture is facing unprecedent challenges : climate change induces higher risks, and farmers need to maintain or increase productivity while reducing their environmental impact. With coming constellation EarthDaily (5m resolution, daily revisit and 23 spectral bands from visible to thermal), EarthDaily agro will rely on a key technology to bring solutions to these topics. Earthdaily agro is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Product Management and Customer Success team, and be at the interface between executives, business and technical teams. He/she leads the functional design of new product lines, including IT and data science - oriented solutions which value the forthcoming Earthdaily constellation .

As a Product Manager you have a deep knowledge of your business area – market segment (ag fintech, agro commodities) and geography (Brazil or Europe). Without being necessarily a software engineer or data scientist yourself, you are curious about technology and understand how technology – earth observation and IA / cloud technology, can solve business problems. You participate in the roadmap definition and are responsible for translating roadmap items into use cases and high-level requirements of the new solution.

Your missions will be to:

• Define, prioritize, and manage the lifecycle of a product or product line,
• Engage with customers to understand needs, pain points, and workflows, translating insights into product requirements,
• Build and maintain a roadmap balancing customer requests, market trends, and business objectives,
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver SaaS features that are secure, reliable, and scalable,

• Partner with go-to-market teams to drive user adoption, retention, and revenue growth,

• Monitor product KPIs such as usage, churn, NPS, and ARR impact to guide prioritization and improvements, and

• other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Master's degree in Agronomy with strong IT knowledge or Master's degree in Computer Science with a strong interest in agriculture
• 3-5 years of experience in digital projects implementation
• Be passionate about agricultural challenges, with a strong interest in geospatial technologies
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact face to face and remotely (international environment)
• Fluent in English (oral and written): English being the working language of the company.
• Documentation skills and comfortable in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus
• Knowledge in Remote sensing, IT coding (python) and GIS tools (QGIS) is a plus
