What You Do
The Digital Marketing Manager Americas is responsible for managing the execution of the digital marketing programs to acquire and retain customers for the B2C Americas region, including paid and organic search, content marketing, display and email. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing experts, and partner with the Regional Heads of B2C and their local teams to prioritize marketing efforts. Works closely with agency partners to ensure that the programs are running effectively and in accordance with plan. The Digital Marketing Manager Americas will report to the Head of Global Digital Marketing . The role involves:
1- Digital Marketing Strategy: Developing comprehensive digital marketing plans that integrate customer feedback and market demands into the product roadmap. Conducting market research to identify trends, selecting appropriate digital channels for effective audience engagement, and collaborating with regional heads to adapt strategies locally.
2 - Campaign Management: Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines. Coordinating with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution, managing budgets, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
3 - Performance Management: Utilizing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and key metrics. Analyzing data to derive actionable insights, reporting findings to stakeholders, and continuously refining strategies for improved effectiveness and achieving better results.
Success in this role will be achieved through effective team and stakeholder management. The Digital Marketing Manager APAC must work closely with the Head of Global Digital Marketing, the regional heads to ensure alignment and achieve strategic objectives. This includes conducting periodic deep dive reviews of programs, managing third-party agency relationships, and overseeing the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for seamless product launches across regions. Additionally, managing, mentoring, and developing the digital marketing team is crucial for ensuring high-performance standards, skill development, and professional growth. Fostering collaboration within the insights team and cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, sales, product development, and strategy will be key to delivering exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive E-commerce B2C sales strategy for insurance products, aligning with broader company goals and market needs. Lead the alignment between B2C sales goals and product development, ensuring that customer feedback and market demands are integrated into the product roadmap.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and target audience globally and work with each regional head to adapt the plan to each B2C region
- Select appropriate digital channels and platforms to reach and engage the target audience effectively
- Set measurable goals and objectives for digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Coordinate with creative and technical teams to develop compelling content and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign impact and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Performance Management:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in digital marketing strategies.
- Report findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and achieve better results
- Content Creation Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and writers to ensure consistency and quality across all digital channels
- Manage content distribution across platforms, optimizing timing and format for maximum impact
- Evaluate content performance and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and drive conversions
What You Bring
Required Education and Experience
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in insurance, insurtech, or a similar regulated industry with digital product offerings is highly preferred.
- Five to ten years of digital marketing experience with primary focus on acquisition and retention programs, and managing teams of 5 or more people.
- Experience managing and leading global digital marketing teams, with an understanding of diverse market dynamics.
- Strong background in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for complex products such as insurance, financial services, or technology.
- Experience in developping and overseeing content creation, including working with designers, writers, and other creatives to produce compelling digital content.
Technical Skills
- Digital Marketing and Sales Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, is crucial for optimizing online sales channels and enhancing customer acquisition.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Strong skills in data analytics tools and techniques to interpret market trends, sales performance, and customer behavior, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with AEM CMS platforms for managing and publishing digital content efficiently."
- Good market knowledge of the insurance/assistance sector
- Excellent command of English and additional languages (especially French and German)
