We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Higher education in Administration, Economics, Finance or related areas;
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Treasury position in a corporate international environment.
  • Previous experience with Kyriba will be considered as an asset
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluent/native-level Portuguese (Brazil) language skills.
  • Excellent organization skills to plan and organize work efficiently
  • Ability to work with numbers, accuracy, reliability and integrity are required
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines

What you'll be doing:.

  • Payments & Transactions:
  1. Process and reconcile daily transactions, payments, and receipts across multiple banks and PSPs.
  2. Coordinate and process large international and domestic payments, including FX transactions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Support with monitoring, forecasting, and managing the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity.

  • Treasury Systems & Automation:
  1. Assist in the implementation and management of our treasury management system (Kyriba) for streamlined operations.
  2. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to automate payment and reconciliation processes with PSPs.
  3. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  1. Prepare regular treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity positions, and PSP performance metrics.
  2. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulations related to payments and treasury activities.
  3. Support external and internal audits by providing treasury-related documentation and explanations.
  4. Ensure compliance with Brazilian Central Bank and other entities
