About the Role
As a Professional Services and Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment and integration of GenAI Virtual Agent solutions for clients in Brazil. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless implementations, driving adoption, and delivering long-term value. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer success acumen to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of GenAI Virtual Agent solutions, ensuring seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into clear project plans and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with internal technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment.
- Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide ongoing support and strategic consulting to optimize AI solutions post-implementation.
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation journey.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption and utilization of AI-powered solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and leverage insights to enhance client strategies and internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI solutions, software development, or IT services.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and virtual agents.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Spanish language knowledge is a plus, as it would be beneficial for engaging with clients across Latin America.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project implementations.
