Estamos buscando um Especialista de Infraestrutura para atuar na execução técnica de projetos de redes corporativas em ambientes enterprise, com foco em tecnologias Cisco. Este profissional será responsável pela implementação, ajuste e análise de soluções de rede, garantindo alta disponibilidade, desempenho e continuidade operacional em ambientes críticos.

O candidato ideal possui forte base técnica, experiência prática em equipamentos Cisco, postura proativa e habilidade para trabalhar em cenários complexos, contribuindo para entregas de alta qualidade e satisfação dos clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Executar atividades técnicas relacionadas à implementação de projetos de infraestrutura de redes corporativas.

  • Realizar configurações, troubleshooting e ajustes em roteadores e switches Cisco.

  • Participar de janelas de manutenção e conduzir mudanças em ambiente produtivo.

  • Apoiar na identificação e resolução de incidentes envolvendo a infraestrutura de rede.

  • Acionar e acompanhar chamados junto a fabricantes quando necessário.

  • Elaborar documentação técnica detalhada, reportes e evidências de entrega.

  • Colaborar com líderes de projeto e demais equipes envolvidas na execução.

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Conhecimento sólido em Routing e Switching, incluindo protocolos de roteamento, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, entre outros.

  • Experiência comprovada com equipamentos Cisco (SDWAN, Catalyst Center).

  • Familiaridade com boas práticas de redes corporativas e segurança.

  • Diferencial: experiência com ambientes de alta disponibilidade e protocolos avançados (OSPF, BGP).

Competências Comportamentais

  • Organização, disciplina e comprometimento com prazos e entregas.

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

  • Proatividade e postura orientada ao cliente.

  • Habilidade para atuar sob pressão e em equipes multidisciplinares.

Qualificações

  • Graduação em cursos de Tecnologia da Informação, Redes ou áreas correlatas (concluída ou em andamento).

  • Certificação CCNP (obrigatória)

  • Certificação CCIE será considerada um diferencial.

  • Experiência prévia em projetos ou operações de redes corporativas.

Obs.: Disponibilidade para viajar e atuar em projetos fora do estado de São Paulo.
