Estamos em busca de um Data Manager que liderará a organização do trabalho e o alinhamento com as demandas do negócio em um departamento de uma grande empresa de CPG. Você será responsável por levantar dados e identificar as diversas fontes disponíveis, entendendo o que é mais relevante, o que já possui automação e o que devemos nos atentar. Isso deve estar alinhado com o objetivo de negócio e incluir sugestões sobre como podemos usar esses dados no futuro. Seu papel exigirá estreita colaboração com equipes de negócio, assim como com as áreas de plataforma e governança de dados, para garantir a adoção de políticas de dados e criar um plano de avanço na maturidade de dados quando necessário.

Hard Skills:

- Experiência em gestão de dados e ciclo de vida de produtos de dados, com ênfase em levantamento de informações.

- Conhecimento sólido em Governança de Dados, Qualidade de Dados e Segurança da Informação.

- Competência em arquiteturas e infraestruturas de dados, com foco em integração de fontes e automação de processos.

- Habilidade em técnicas de coleta e análise de dados, incluindo mapeamento de fontes e ETL.

Soft Skills:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, com capacidade para facilitar a interação entre stakeholders técnicos e de negócios.

- Pensamento analítico e estratégico para identificar oportunidades de uso de dados alinhadas aos objetivos organizacionais.

- Forte capacidade de liderança e experiência em mentoring, desenvolvendo equipes que atuam de forma colaborativa.

- Proatividade e habilidade para resolver problemas relacionados a dados de maneira eficaz e alinhada às necessidades do negócio.
