Job Description: Business Associate - Client Services and Marketing
Business Associate - Client Services is a highly responsible role and will be involved in client interaction. Thus, the position is challenging and is ideal for those interested in continual learning and self-development in the work role.
We are looking for candidates who would enjoy working in a challenging environment and interacting with professionals on an international level, who have the enthusiasm and ambition to be part of a Client Servicing team that delivers high-quality services and who want to be part of an organization where technology is the core of everything that is done.
Assist in creating marketing campaigns, plans, and strategies–both online and offline
• Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Management team to improve relationships with existing clients
• Interact with various departments to improvise existing services according to client feedback, surveys, and industry information
• Monitoring and managing website updates, functionality, and usability
• Industry & competitor monitoring and analysis
• Planning and implementation of new campaigns that boost the sales
• Interact with various departments to improvise existing services according to client feedback, surveys, and industry information
• Interacting and coordinating with web-designers to make websites and other collaterals (brochures, fliers, videos, etc.)
• Play a vital role in website content development and translation from English to Portuguese required for updating website, client assignments and emails
