Team Overview

Merchant Marketing Strategy: Develop merchant marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Evaluate merchant operations and platform profitability to optimize resource allocation, leveraging high-quality merchant supply and subsidy investments.

Marketing Innovation: Innovate campaign mechanics based on user demand and supply dynamics. Design targeted activities for different user segments/scenarios, integrating traffic (on/off-platform), subsidies, and marketing tools.

Marketing Project Management: Lead end-to-end campaign execution. Coordinate cross-functionally (Market, Product, User Ops) for implementation and post-campaign analysis. Develop replicable best practices and methodologies to empower sales teams.

Role Responsibilities

Role Qualifications

1-3 years experience in merchant operations at an internet company or food delivery platform (merchant ops, campaign ops, sales management)

Native Portuguese proficiency required. Business fluency in English OR Chinese.

Excellent communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, and committed to targets. Entrepreneurial mindset and team growth commitment.
