Merchant Product Operations Manager Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned product operations professional to lead the development and improvement of merchant-related product tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product project workflow, collaborating with sales, product, and tech teams to develop or improve product features, and driving business objectives more efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the merchant-related product tools operations, including demand collection, feature planning, industry benchmark analysis, identifying key bottlenecks or opportunities, and driving product development or iteration.
  • Oversee the product project workflow, liaise with sales, product, and tech teams to develop or improve product features, helping to achieve business objectives more efficiently.
  • Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the sales team in mastering product usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in product/production operations, preference given to those with experience in merchant-side product operations.
  • Possess strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, able to achieve win-win cooperation with different business departments through resource integration.
  • English can be used as a working language, with strong communication and documentation skills.
