Merchant Product Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our Merchant Product team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of product operations for merchant-related tools, ensuring seamless demand collection, feature planning, and industry benchmark analysis.
This includes driving product innovation or iteration to enhance merchant operational and managerial efficiency, overseeing the product project workflow, and collaborating with sales, product, tech teams, and other related departments.
In addition, the successful candidate will lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the sales team in mastering product usage.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product/production operations, preferably in merchant-side product operations
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to achieve win-win cooperation with different business departments
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL analysis
