You'll join the product operations team for our food delivery platform, focused on helping merchants better understand and use our tools. We work closely with product, local teams, and merchants to improve product clarity and experience, especially in Portuguese-speaking markets.

Role Responsibilities

• Creating clear product guides and how-to materials for merchant users.

• Answering product-related questions from local teammates and merchant clients.

• Reviewing and polishing Portuguese-language content to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Supporting product localization and communication with cross-functional teams.

Role Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese, with solid writing skills in both.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to explain things simply.

• Interest in product operations, localization, or the food delivery industry.
