Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for product operations related to merchant metrics.
  • Collect and understand merchant needs and operational management requirements.
  • Refine merchant and operational needs into business operation plans and product solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive overall product planning and business operation planning for merchant indicator products.
  • Based on data analysis, clarify operational objectives and define the setting of various data indicators in operations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to promote the launch of product solutions and be responsible for continuous operational management.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of product operation experience.
  • Familiar with standard internal processes from product development to product iteration.
  • Familiar with merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms, with priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry and merchant metric operations.
  • Have a profound understanding of merchant operations.
  • Sensitive to data with outstanding logical abilities.
  • Possess excellent program planning skills and communication skills.
  • Can use Chinese or English as working languages.
