O que podemos alcançar juntos:O(a) Estagiário(a) de Comunicação Interna atuará em nome da equipe de Zero Conversion Commodity (ZCC), desenvolvendo materiais de comunicação interna para informar os colaboradores da TNC sobre os objetivos, oportunidades e desafios da estratégia, bem como comunicar e ampliar os principais resultados impulsionados pelo portfólio de projetos.
O(a) estagiário(a) também fará interface com outras equipes de comunicação interna, incluindo Provide Food and Water, BU Brasil e Argentina, para disseminar informações por meio dos canais internos existentes. Ele(a) escreverá e editará conteúdos curtos e longos, criará formas inovadoras de ampliar internamente o trabalho da ZCC entre nossa equipe e stakeholders internos, além de apoiar a implementação de estratégias para fortalecer a ZCC.
As comunicações escritas podem incluir newsletters, inserções em revistas, relatórios anuais, conteúdo para sites internos, folhetos, fichas informativas, infográficos, postagens em redes sociais e apresentações.
O(a) estagiário(a) manterá a comunidade interna da ZCC informada sobre eventos relevantes relacionados à estratégia, acompanhando o LinkedIn e outras redes sociais; divulgará a participação da equipe ZCC em seminários ou apresentações externas importantes e fará o acompanhamento para melhor comunicar isso em nossa newsletter interna. Avaliará como podemos melhorar o uso do canal de comunicação da ZCC no MS Teams para divulgar informações. Trabalhará em estreita coordenação com a equipe de Gestão de Ativos de Conhecimento, compartilhando materiais e informações para alimentar as estruturas de conhecimento existentes.
Também ajudará na coleta de informações entre equipes para produzir newsletters internas, atualizar o site interno da ZCC (Connect) e outros materiais de comunicação interna, além de criar ou contratar fornecedores externos para desenvolver design visual e identidade para os produtos da ZCC.
Adicionalmente, apoiará no desenvolvimento e gestão de conteúdo e processos associados que aumentem a coesão da equipe e a conscientização em toda a TNC. Poderá trabalhar com outros redatores da TNC, designers gráficos, fotógrafos, fornecedores e equipes de comunicação e conservação conforme necessário.
O(a) Estagiário(a) de Comunicação Interna se reportará ao Especialista de Relatórios da ZCC e coordenará de perto com as equipes de comunicação regionais.

O que você trará:- Estar atualmente matriculado(a) e frequentando um curso universitário em Marketing ou Comunicação.
- Fluência em português.
- Nível avançado de inglês – boas habilidades de leitura, escrita e conversação.
- Experiência trabalhando com ferramentas e conhecimento no uso de aplicativos como PowerPoint, Beautiful, Canva e outras plataformas que criam apresentações interativas, além de Microsoft Word, navegadores, MS Teams e aplicativos que possam ajudar a impulsionar a comunicação interna.

What We Can Achieve Together:
The Internal Communications Intern works on behalf of Zero Conversion Commodity (ZCC) team, developing internal communications materials to educate TNC´s staff about the objectives, opportunities and challenges of the strategy as well as communicating and amplifying the major results of the strategy driven by its portfolio of the projects. The intern will also liaise with other internal communications teams, including Provide Food and Water, BU Brazil and Argentina to disseminate information through other existing BUs internal communications channels. They will write and edit both short and longform communications, create innovative ways to amplify internally ZCC work among our team and key internal stakeholders as well as providing support on the implementation of strategies to further ZCC strengths. Their written communications may include newsletters, magazine inserts, annual reports, internal website content, brochures, fact sheets, infographics, social media posts and presentations.
They will keep ZCC´s internal community informed about relevant upcoming events related to the strategy by staying up to date on LinkedIn and other social medias; disseminate the participation of the ZCC team in important external seminars or presentations and tracking them so we can better communicate this in our internal ZCC newsletter. They will assess how we can better use the ZCC communications channel created in the MS Teams to broadcast information. They will work in close coordination with the Knowledge Asset Management team sharing materials and information to feed the knowledge asset structures currently in place.
They will help with information gathering across teams to produce the internal newsletters, update ZCC's internal website (Connect) and other internal communications materials and for creating or partnering with an external comms vendor to create visual design and identity to ZCC's products.
Additionally, they will assist in developing and managing content and associated processes that lead to increased team cohesion and awareness throughout TNC. They may work with other TNC writers, graphic designers, photographers, printers, vendors, and communications and conservation staff as required.
The Internal Communications Intern will report to the ZCC Reporting Specialist and will closely coordinate with in-region communications teams.

What You'll Bring:- Must be currently enrolled and attending a college course in Marketing or Communications.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Advanced level to communicate in English – good skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
