Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to join our LATAM team, supporting Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. This individual will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and AI engineering, including advanced knowledge in Prompt Engineering and agentic AI. The role will be responsible for developing local solutions and collaborating with global teams to implement regional and global IT initiatives. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, this role ensures adoption of innovative technology solutions while maintaining operational excellence and alignment with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local IT solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and AI tools.
• Implement orchestrator and autonomous agents to support business operations.
• Collaborate with global teams to support and implement regional and global IT initiatives.
• Drive adoption and implementation of AI-based tools and Copilot Agents, including prompt engineering practices.
• Provide oversight for external provider services and coordinate with Tech@ partners.
• Monitor Tech@/business operations to ensure high availability, security, and data integrity.
• Support and execute business engagement activities focused on IT across LATAM.
• Act as a business consultant to shape and implement technology strategy.
• Support and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Advanced technical knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, AI engineering, including Prompt Engineering, agentic AI, and orchestrator/autonomous agents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proven experience in IT business consulting, solution delivery, and external vendor management.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultural contexts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading AI, automation, or agentic projects in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor business users in technology adoption.
