WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Market Reputation Manager, you'll join a team of around seven marketing professionals located across Latin America.
As a member of the Market Reputation team, you'll be part of a broad ecosystem responsible for strengthening Bain's visibility and positioning in Latin America, working directly with Events, External Events, and Roadshows. You'll also collaborate with colleagues from PR & External Communications, Editorial, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Alumni, Digital Mailings and CRM, as well as local office leaders, to build Bain's reputation in the region.
In this role, you'll work closely with consulting partners, global marketing teams, and subject-matter experts to adapt thought leadership content, identify relevant narratives, and ensure cohesive execution across all touchpoints.
WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
We're looking for an Analyst, Marketing B2B, with a strong focus on Events, to help bring Bain & Company's brand to life across South America through smart, well-orchestrated campaigns and high-impact events. You'll take a hands-on approach to ensure events are delivered end-to-end, while also contributing strategically by planning, aligning stakeholders, and analyzing results to maximize impact.
Reporting to the Market Reputation Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll manage multichannel campaigns, localize global initiatives for the region, and lead the coordination of strategic in-person and virtual events. You'll also play an active role in tracking performance, analyzing results, and generating insights that inform our business impact.
This is a dynamic and hands-on position for someone who's energized by both strategy and detail—comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done, but also eager to bring ideas, structure, and analysis to the table.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, lead, and execute internal, external, and third-party events, ensuring alignment with South America's commercial priorities
- Define and drive Bain's participation in strategic external events, combining strategic positioning with hands-on coordination to maximize brand visibility and business impact
- Own and manage the regional events calendar, guaranteeing consistency, relevance, and engagement for target audiences
- Design and implement personalized engagement cadences via CRM, supporting account-based relationship strategies
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and flawless delivery
- Measure and report campaign and event results, consolidating KPIs and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Suggest and execute process improvements to drive efficiency and excellence across marketing operations
- Track Market Reputation KPIs and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Support cross-functional coordination and team operations, including ad-hoc projects and workload peaks as needed
ABOUT YOU
- Undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- Broad marketing knowledge and hands-on experience in B2B marketing communications
- Proven ability to organize and execute projects and/or events independently
- Strong skills in aligning initiatives across teams and creating transparency about project status
- Ability to understand marketing objectives, priorities, and strategies for both local offices and industry practices
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Professional services experience (preferred)
