We're ready to take our product to the next level. To do this, we're looking for a Design Lead (Brazil) — Marketing, Branding & Design Ops.

What You'll Do
  • Own the brand system for Brazil: guidelines, Figma libraries, design tokens, and reusable components.
  • Translate strategy into high-performing creative for Growth (paid/owned/earned), with clear hypotheses and A/B test plans.
  • Build and run Design Operations: intake → brief → concept → production → QA → ship → post-mortem; define SLAs and quality bars.
  • Lead localization for pt-BR: adapt tone, visuals, and value props to Brazilian culture and key commercial dates.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Comms to design conversion-oriented landings, CRM templates, social and motion assets.
  • Set a learning agenda: pre-/post-tests, creative lift tracking (CTR/CVR), and "what works" playbooks.
  • Govern our asset management (DAM): naming, versioning, reuse, and rights.
  • Ensure compliance in marketing materials (LGPD/CONAR basics) together with Legal and external partners.
  • Manage vendors/agencies (copy pt-BR, motion, illustration, 3D): briefing, SOWs, timelines, QA.
  • Champion distinctive brand assets and consistency across every touchpoint.
What We're Looking For
  • 6–8+ years in brand/marketing design with at least 2 years leading or mentoring designers (fintech/crypto/payments is a plus).
  • A portfolio that shows both a coherent brand system and performance creatives that moved the metrics.
  • Expert with Figma; strong in Adobe CC; comfort with motion/prototyping tools.
  • Proven ability to set up Design Ops (SLA, QA checklists, brief/templates, DAM) and ship at speed without losing quality.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (pt-BR); advanced English or Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of ad platform specs (Meta/Google/TikTok), analytics (GA4/Looker/Amplitude), and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with LGPD/CONAR for marketing communications.
  • Collaborative, feedback-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias to action.
  • Based in Brazil (remote-first) or able to work Brazil hours.
