AMXL Operations Specialist, AMXL

Há 7 dias

São Paulo, São Paulo, Brasil Amazon Tempo inteiro US$80.000 - US$120.000 por ano

Our logistics teams are transforming the way we interact with customers around the world, every day, and solving some of the biggest logistics challenges faced not only by Amazon, but by the entire industry.

Whether items are large or small, we develop solutions to ensure that we deliver on our promise to the customer.

Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join the AMXL (logistics operations for large items) team. This person will be the focal point for operational activities carried out by third-party partners. The operations take place 7 days a week, including holidays, with a 4x3 scale, distributed between front and back office teams.

The professional will be responsible for managing delivery stations operated by external logistics partners, ensuring the performance, compliance, and standardization of processes. It will play a fundamental role in tactical execution aimed at growth, expansion and maintenance of quality and operational excellence.

You will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic and fast-paced environment — closer to a start-up than to a large corporation. We adopt the mindset that no idea is bad and that the best ideas should be tested and tried.

It's essential that this person is able to thrive in an ambiguous and fast environment, delivering consistent results. Some of the activities will be carried out remotely, while others will include audits and in-person visits to the logistics partners' operations.

Key job responsibilities

Manage end-to-end the stations operated by logistics partners, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety and the best customer experience.

Act operationally in managing the daily routine, ensuring the execution of processes, volume monitoring, and resolution of deviations.

Monitor and optimize operating costs, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and increase productivity without compromising quality.

Manage operational capacity, anticipating peaks in demand and ensuring adequate resources, infrastructure, and teams for current and future volumes.

Develop, implement, and lead tactical and expansion projects, such as network adjustments and optimization of logistics flows.

Define and monitor strategic metrics and KPIs with logistics partners, implementing action plans to achieve or exceed goals.

Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using insights for critical and quick decisions.

Act as the main link between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives, deadlines, and compliance.

A day in the life

The Logistics Operations Specialist manages the operation of outsourced delivery stations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality. It acts both tactically, analyzing metrics, and operationally, following the daily routine and resolving deviations on the ground.
