Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Responsável pela gestão do time de Growth.
  • Estabelecer estratégia para venda do nosso produto em todo Brasil.
  • Construir um time High Performance, contratar, liderar, inspirar e treinar a equipe, atuando no desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de métricas e indicadores de resultado e produtividade.
  • Trabalhar no planejamento e desdobramento de metas para cada etapa do funil;
  • Construir, analisar e monitorar o processo de vendas, repensar com frequência o processo e trabalhar na melhoria contínua.
  • Criar ações para alavancar os resultados e garantir o crescimento exponencial.
  • Estruturar a equipe para ações de médio e longo prazo alinhados com a estratégia da empresa.
  • Liderar a busca por inovação, melhorias e aprendizado contínuo no time;
  • Responsável pela visão financeira total de sua área, representar a empresa em eventos e reuniões mais estratégicas.
  • Dominar a estratégia da empresa e gerenciar as rotinas em paralelo com projetos para conquistá-la. Ajuda a puxar o resultado de toda a empresa, contribuindo com ideias para todas as áreas.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • MBA ou Pós-Graduação na área;
  • Sólida experiência na construção e reconstrução do time comercial no modelo Inside Sales;
  • Experiência com operação Inbound e Outbound
  • Ter experiência com SaaS;
  • Data Drien

: 40h semanais (De segunda à Sexta)
