The Executive Assistant will directly support LAC CEO through supporting the successful delivery of strategic, financial and business objectives by maximizing the productivity and effectiveness of all touch points of the CEO.
The EA will be instrumental in enabling LAC CEO to deliver business objectives across the region, supporting on matters relating to business management, communications, people management, providing meaningful contributions towards resolution of day-to-day and ongoing management issues.
How you will create an impact
- Directly assist the CEO in all day to day operations, including a variety of complex tasks and ensure the activities are aligned to business goals and priorities with a high level of initiative and autonomy.
- Streamlining these activities and helping to ensure the highest quality of delivery
Maintain interdepartmental working relationships; identify priorities and organize daily assignments. - Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare information, monitor status of action items. Liaise with other departments on issues needing the CEO's feedback/recommendation and develop strong relationships across the region.
- Takes a lead in organizing/setting the agenda for corporate events and strategy off-sites as directed by the CEO and in collaboration with Marketing & Comms and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact or referral for the CEO and their employees
- Coordinate and organize travel: make travel reservations, create itineraries and process all travel related expense reports, including any departmental invoices.
- Serve as coordinating point for LAC CEO, inclusive of implementation and maintenance of meeting cadence for the Leadership Team, all employee Town halls and branch meetings.
- Key role in helping to ensure LAC CEO time commitments are well-balanced amongst various stakeholder groups, inclusive of internal and external engagements
- Anticipate, prioritize, and interpret situations that may impact business objectives and recommend actions to address
- Serve as an integrator and point of contact for LAC activities

- Program / Project Management discipline
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Extremely strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Ability to deal well with ambiguity, conflict and difficult situations - Ability to deal with multiple priorities and deal with change in a proactive and positive manner
- Creative problem solver and lateral thinker
- Consistent performance confidential and reliability. Must be confidant, operating on a discreet foundation for the LAC CEO and the regional executives
- Self-directed with ability to manage and motivate others
- Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Executive Secretary/Assistant, Business, or related discipline
- Senior professional experience providing deliverables for C-suite leadership, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent English and advanced Spanish skills
