Job Description

Customers need information on our products, quality systems, 3rd party certifications, regulatory compliance, etc. This position is responsible for providing a superior level of customer support to customers and clients; answering inquiries regarding technical product information to ensure a smooth and positive experience. As part of the Technical Information Services department you will work with the global quality organization and regulatory teams to ensure that the information needed by our customers exists and will manage data needs as necessary to fill gaps. You will have responsibility for insuring that all information requests are completed according to defined service levels. The scope of the job is global, supporting one or more product lines.

Onde Você Vai Fazer a Diferença
  • Atender solicitações de informações técnicas e documentações regulatórias para clientes e áreas internas da LATAM.
  • Fornecer suporte regulatório e de qualidade em colaboração com áreas multifuncionais.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua por meio da documentação e otimização de processos.
  • Monitorar o desempenho regulatório e garantir a satisfação dos clientes na região.
  • Acompanhar tendências e demandas regulatórias, propondo ações estratégicas.
  • Revisar e atualizar documentação padrão e específica de clientes.
  • Gerenciar novas exigências regulatórias fora das políticas padrão, escalando para stakeholders internos.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de automação de documentos, incluindo testes e validações.
  • Participar de atividades complementares da equipe, alinhadas ao seu conhecimento e interesses regionais.
O Que Faz de Você a Pessoa Certa
  • Graduação em Engenharia de Alimentos, Química, Nutrição ou áreas correlatas.
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em qualidade ou assuntos regulatórios.
  • Perfil "mão na massa", com autonomia e atitude positiva.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de TI como CRM ou SAP.
  • Capacidade de reunir informações de diversas fontes e trabalhar com equipes multifuncionais.
  • Inglês e espanhol avançado.
