Role Description
Are you a Trilingual professional fluent in English, French, and Spanish with advanced, native proficiency, or fluent in all 3 languages?
OnSpot Travel Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a
Customer Success Representative.
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by effectively handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time remote role for a French-English speaker or a French-English and Spanish speaker. These roles require fluency in French and English or French-English and Spanish, strong written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Process agency and client requests through phone, email, and internal CRM systems.
Manage on-spot and emergency requests promptly and efficiently.
Handle urgent requests from our clients, payment issues, modifications, ongoing case follow-ups, and special requests.
Ensure client requests are processed accurately and to their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in French and English language
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with the Office package and internet navigation.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Previous experience in the travel and hotel sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and resolve customer service issues.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, assertive, responsible, and enthusiastic.
