Responsabilidades
O Especialista em Customer Experience é responsável por garantir que todas as interações dos clientes com a empresa sejam positivas e alinhadas às suas expectativas. Para isso, identifica necessidades, pontos de insatisfação e oportunidades de melhoria, atuando junto às equipes internas para implementar estratégias que aprimorem a experiência do cliente e fortaleçam sua fidelidade. Também monitora indicadores de satisfação, coleta feedbacks e realiza análises para orientar ações corretivas, assegurando uma jornada consistente e memorável em todos os pontos de contato.
