 Job Summary

The position is for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist responsible for all paid advertising in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The role combines hands-on campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with strategic leadership, working in partnership with the regional Demand Generation team to align paid media actions with funnel objectives and implement industry innovations. While reporting to the global Paid Advertising Center of Excellence, the professional will work daily integrated with the LAC team, leading, executing, and optimizing campaigns that will generate measurable impact on the region's business results.

Responsibilities 

•    Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Bing, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon Ads.

•    Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable optimizations to maximize ROI.

•    Own campaign budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient use of spend.

•    Partner with regional and global marketing teams to align media strategy with overall brand and lead-generation goals.

•    Collaborate with analytics teams to measure and report performance, attribution, and conversion effectiveness.

•    Identify and activate synergy opportunities across business units, channels, and campaigns.

•    Champion innovation through testing new ad formats, automation strategies, and creative optimizations.

•    Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Education & Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 

•    Experience managing paid digital campaigns, ideally in both agency and in-house environments. Proven success managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads in a B2B context 

•    Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI tied to funnel and pipeline goals 

•    Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, and attribution models 

•    Experience integrating paid advertising with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua, or equivalent) 

•    Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) 

•    Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (native-level), Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements 

Remote-based, might require travel a few times a year.
